The Newport Paper & Book Arts Festival, presented by the Oregon Coast Council for the Arts, has grown into one of the largest festivals of its kind in the Pacific Northwest. The festival is held annually in April and online registration typically opens in early February. The 25th annual festival is set for April 16-19, 2020.
